Boat Leaderball

No of Players: 3 or more

Equipment: Inflatable Boat
                  Ball

How to Play:
1. One person sits in the boat which is positioned a distance away from the other people depending on their throwing ability.
2. Other people line up one behind the other.            x                   xxxxxxx
3. Start timing
4. First person in line throws the ball to the person in the boat, then swims/wades around the boat, returning to the line but joining the back of it.
5. Once the thrower is at the back of the line, the person in the boat then throws the ball to the next person in line, and so on until everyone in the team has had a go.
6. Stop the timer.
7. Repeat the game and try to beat your time.

If a throw to the boat goes wild, the thrower freezes until the boat person has retrieved the ball. He/she may hop out of the boat to do that. Once the ball and boat person are back in the boat, the games resumes.

Note: If you have 2 boats and 2 balls, you could turn it into a competition between 2 teams rather than using a timer.
